They are especially easy to clean with the non-stick finish on the outside of the pan as well as the inside. Virtually nothing sticks. I've had my original Analon for several years with no problems, and after researching many other brands, both lower and higher end, decided to stay with Analon. And they were such a good price, 2 for the price of one. However, I was put off a bit by the color. <br /> <br />Actually the pans are rather attractive, cook well, brown well.
